Travel in Malaga

The city of Malaga was founded by the Phoenicians in the 8th century. It is located in the southern Mediterranean Sea and is one of the best tourist attraction sites. It was turned into a very big city by the Carthaginians realized the importance of the city.

Malaga was captured by the Arabs in the year 711 and experienced a fast progress since then. It began exporting products like ceramics and muscatel grapes to the entire Mediterranean region. In 1487, the Catholics inhabited the place and completely changed the culture of the area. The entire city gradually became a mess with its poor organization that lead to epidemics and other disasters. However, the problem was solved in the 18th century after to the discovery of America.
